What can I return?

  • We strictly  do not take returns or refund for any orders.

Damage due to shipping is not covered under this policy.


Who pays for shipping?

  • Buyer pays for shipping.

Are there any duties and taxes?

  • For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.
  • For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes. Little orhni will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

 Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not  allow any exchanges !
Can only exchange if any defects .
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

  • For exchanges requests kindly login to your account, click “Exchanges” and select the order number and place a request .
  • Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 24 to 48 hours’ time.
  • We don’t offer any kind of refund on packets getting lost or misplaced due to wrong or incomplete address  or pin codes provided ( WE DONT HOLD ACCOUNTABLY FOR YOUR MISTAKES

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Product purchased online can be picked up in store?

  • Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.

What is the estimated delivery time?

All orders get shipped within 3 to 4 weeks from the warehouse.
The estimated time of delivery is within 5 to 7 working days after Order is being shipped .

How will the delivery be done?

  1. We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Royal Mail, Parceforce, FedEx, My Hermes, UPS, DPD, Dtdc, Bluedart and ARMEX
  2. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Do you deliver internationally?

Little orhni does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use FEDEX, UPS, ROYAL MAIL, PARCEL FORCE to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
